Our Story

From the start, Caribbean Superior was founded in August 2000 on the passion for food and bringing a taste of Jamaica to those native to the country, and those that were not. It was started as a result of the passion of the owner, Patrick Martin, whose lifelong vision and dreams became a reality when he opened up his business.
